Teach with AI

The participants of the course are invited to participate in practice based exploration and design activities throughout the sessions. During the course there will be activities where the participants are expected contribute both individually and collaboratively to understand the emotionally friendly classes. The participants might find it useful to read some of the below listed reading material before joining the training as well.

Empowering Educators: Teach with AI is a 5-day immersive training program designed to equip educators with the essential knowledge and hands-on experience needed to integrate AI tools into their classrooms. This program focuses on practical applications of AI in teaching, utilizing popular tools. Participants will learn how to harness AI to enhance student learning and optimize their teaching practices.

• Interactive presentations: Introducing AI concepts and showcasing examples of AI applications in education.
• Hands-on workshops: Guided practice using AI tools like ChatGPT, with opportunities to explore other relevant tools.
• Group activities: Collaborative lesson planning, integrating AI tools into various subjects and grade levels.
• Reflection and discussion: Encouraging participants to share their experiences and insights, fostering a community of practice.

Upon completion of this training program, participants will be able to:

• Understand the fundamentals of AI and its applications in education.
• Identify and evaluate various AI tools suitable for their teaching context.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to create engaging and personalized learning experiences.
• Design AI- enhanced lesson plans and assessment strategies.
• Implement best practices for integrating AI in the classroom, while addressing ethical considerations.

After completing the course, Educators will maintain a reflective journal, documenting their experiences and challenges. They will be part of a virtual support group, where they can share their progress, ask questions, and receive feedback from peers and trainers. This follow-up practice will help reinforce the training concepts and ensure effective implementation of AI tools in their teaching practices.
